低温冲洗液对准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术后疼痛的影响

目的:前瞻性随机自身对照临床研究,观察低温冲洗液对准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术(photorefractive keratecto-my,PRK)术后眼部疼痛的影响。方法:接受PRK的近视患者26例(52眼),近视度数-3.00～-7.00D。双眼随机分为低温冲洗液组和对照组。低温组在激光切削前后使用水温0℃左右的乳酸林格氏液冲洗角膜。对照组使用室温下保存的乳酸林格氏液。记录术后第1,3d的患者主诉疼痛程度。统计学处理采用Wilc-oxon符号秩和检验方法。结果:无论是第1d还是第3d,实验组与对照组之间术后疼痛程度无差异。无论是使用低温水还是常温水,第1d与第3d的手术疼痛无显著差异。结论:降低局部角膜温度对于PRK术后疼痛并无明显的干预作用。

Effects of cooling water on postoperative pain in photorefractive keratectomy

AIM:To assess the effect of alleviating pain after photorefractive keratectomy (PPK) by a random prospective self-control study.·METHODS:Twenty-six myopia patients undertook PPK with the diopter from -3.00- -7.00.One eye of each person was randomly treatment with chilled saline water before and after laser ablation,another eye as control with normal temperature saline.The complain of patients at 1 day and 3 days after surgery were scale and analyzed statistically by Wilcoxon signed ranks test.·RESULTS:There was no significant statistically difference on postoperative pain between treatment and control group at 1 day and 3 days after surgery.And there was also no significant difference on that by using cooling water and normal temperature water.·CONCLUSION:The cooling water has no effect on the analgesia of photorefractive keratectomy.·
