生物功能性全口义齿牙槽骨的三维光弹应力分析

摘    要:目的:研究生物功能性全口义齿在各向咬合状态时下颌牙槽骨的应力分布。方法:标准无牙颌模型翻制环氧树脂模型,制作生物功能性全口义齿,分别在正中、前伸、侧向咬合时进行三维光弹应力分析。结果:正中牙槽骨内最大应力出现在第一磨牙区牙槽嵴舌侧;侧向牙槽骨内最大应力值出现在双侧第二磨牙区,工作侧最大应力出现在牙槽嵴唇颊侧,平衡侧最大应力出现在牙槽嵴舌侧;前伸牙槽骨内最大应力出现在第二磨牙区舌侧。结论:生物功能性全口义齿在各向咬合状态时下颌牙槽骨的应力分布基本与平衡理论相一致。

Abstract:Objective:To study stress distribution of mandibule supported with biofunctional complete dentures.Method:Photoelastic models of epoxy were fabricated according to the standard mandibular edentulous model.The biofunctional complete dentures were made.Force was applied in conditions of centric,lateral and protrusive occlusion.Stress distribution of mandibule was studied with three-dimensional photoelastic analysis.Result:Maximum stress was observed on the lingual side of first molar alveolar ridge in centric occlusion.In lateral occlusion it was observed on the buccal side of second molar alveolar ridge for working side and on the lingual side of second molar alveolar ridge for balanced side.In protrusive occlusion maximum stress was observed on the lingual side of second molar alveolar ridge.Conclusion:Stress distribution of mandibule supported with biofunctional complete dentures was in accordance with the principle of balanced occlusion.
