| 摘 要： | 笔者报道对25例臀肌挛缩症患儿手术后的护理。认为术后根据患儿的生理、病理特点进行悉心的护理,加强心理护理、伤口护理,妥善的体位与适当的功能锻炼,做好出院后康复指导,是巩固手术效果、改善髋关节功能的重要措施。

| Abstract: | The authors made a summary about the postoperative nursing for the children with gluteus contracture through the search for 25 children patients.The result indicated that it was important for consolidating the operation effect and improving the hip joint function,to give them careful nursing based on their physiological and pathological feature,to emphasis mental nursing and wound nursing,to have a right body position and functional exercise,and to offer a perfect post-hospital rehabilitation guidance. |
