摘    要:目的 本实验开发了多种人参总皂苷糖果制剂,为人参功能性产品市场增加新品种.方法 采用紫外分光光度法建立人参总皂苷糖果制剂质量检测标准.确定了压制糖果、硬糖和软糖的处方与制备工艺.以外观、硬度、干燥失重等作为考察指标,对人参总皂苷糖果制剂相关质量进行了检测.结果 人参总皂苷在235 nm处有最大吸收,浓度在0.0244~...

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this article was aimed to prepared several ginseng candy preparations to improve the development of ginseng functional products.Methods The standard curve of ginseng preparations was established by UV spectrophotometry.The formulations and preparation processes of the ginseng pressed candy preparation,hard candy preparation and soft candy preparation were studied via orthogonal experiment.The appearance,hardness,dry weight loss,tablet weight and content were used as the inspection indicators,and the relevant quality of ginseng candy preparations were tested.Results The UV spectrophotometry results investigated that the maximum absorption wave of the ginseng was at 235 nm.Meanwhile,between the 0.0244~0.1920 mg/ml of the ginseng solutiongs possessed a good linear relationship at this wave.The appearance,hardness,loss on drying,tablet weight and content of the various types of candy preparations prepared met the standards.Conclusion The ginseng candy prepared in this study enriches the existing dosage forms.
