| 摘 要： | 随着人们生活质量的提高,代谢综合征的发病率日益升高,而祖国医学没有"代谢综合征"的病名,根据其症状可归为"肥胖""脾瘅"等范畴,气络学说以形气转化异常阐述代谢综合征的发病原因,以气络学说核心——"承制调平"理论为指导,以"运脾津"为治则,提出治疗代谢综合征的新思路.文章基于气络学说对代谢综合征进行理论探讨. |

| Abstract: | With the improvement of people's quality of life,the incidence of metabolic syndrome is increasing.However,there is no"metabolic syndrome"in Chinese medicine.Abnormal transformation of shape and qi expounds the pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.Guided by the core of qi-collateral theory-the theory of inheritance and balance,and"transporting the spleen and jin"as the treatment principle,a new idea for the treatment of metabolic syndrome is proposed.This paper makes a theoretical discussion on metabolic syndrome based on the theory of Qi and collaterals. |
