眶隔固定术联合改良肌皮瓣法整形术在眼袋手术中的应用效果

目的 探讨眶隔固定术联合改良肌皮瓣法整形术在眼袋手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月-2021年11月西安高一生医疗美容医院收治的460例眼袋手术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各230例。对照组予以传统肌皮瓣法治疗,研究组予以眶隔固定术联合改良肌皮瓣法整形术治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗时间、皮肤外观恢复时间、眼部皮肤美观度评分变化、不良事件发生率以及患者美容满意率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组治疗时间与皮肤外观恢复时间短于对照组,治疗后眼部皮肤美观度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组,患者美容满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 眶隔固定术联合改良肌皮瓣法整形术可有效改善眼部皮肤美观度,患者满意度高,且术后恢复快,疗效确切,不良事件发生率低,在眼袋手术中具有较高的应用价值。

Application Effect of Orbital Septum Fixation Combined with Modfied MyocutaneousFlap Plastic Surgery in Eye Bag Surgery

Objective To investigate the application effct of orbital septum fixtion combined with modifiedmyocutaneous flapplastic surgery in eye bag surgery. Methods A total of 460 patients who underwent eye bag surgery were admitted to Xi''an Gaoyisheng Medical Beauty Hospital from January 2017 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, with 230 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional musculocutaneous flap,and the study group was treated with orbital septum fixationcombined with modifiedmyocutaneous fap. The therapeutic effect,treatment time, skin appearance recovery time, eye skin beauty score change, incidence of adverse events and cosmetic satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiverate of the study group was 95.65%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the differenc was statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment time and skin appearance recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the eye skin beauty score after treatment was higher than that of the control group, the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the cosmetic satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group, the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Orbital septal fixationcombined with modifiedmyocutaneous flapplastic surgery can effectivelyimprove the beauty of eye skin, patients'' satisfaction is high, and the postoperative recovery is fast, the curative effectis exact, and the incidence of adverse events is low, which has high application value in eye bag surgery.
