痛风克颗粒治疗急性痛风性关节炎40例临床观察

目的评价痛风克颗粒治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法收集河南中医学院第一附属医院2009年3月～2012年3月急性痛风性关节炎80例,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组。其中治疗组40例,男37例,女3例;对照组40例,男39例,女1例。治疗组给予痛风克颗粒口服,治疗组给予尼美舒利分散片口服,疗程均为10 d,记录治疗前后关节疼痛、压痛、肿胀积分,监测血沉、C-反应蛋白水平;记录治疗过程中不良反应。结果痛风克颗粒可有效改善患者关节情况,降低血沉和C-反应蛋白水平,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,总有效率与对照组相当（P〉0.05）,且无明显的毒副作用。结论痛风克颗粒治疗急性痛风性关节炎安全有效,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation of 40 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated with Tongfengke Granules

Objective To assess the efficacy of acute gouty arthritis treated with tongfengke granules.Methods 80 cases of acute gouty arthritis were collected from March 2009 to March 2012 in No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Henan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the visit sequence,they were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.Of 40 cases in the treatment group,there were 37 males and 3 females.Of 40 cases in the control group,there were 39 males and 1 female.In the treatment group,the patients were treated with tongfengke granules for oral administration.In the observation group,nimesulide tablets were prescribed for oral administration.The duration of treatment was 10 days in either group.The joint pain,tender pain and swelling scores were recorded before and after treatment.The levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）and C-reactive protein（CRP）were monitored.The adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results Tongfengke granules effectively improved the joint situation and reduced the levels of ESR and CRP,which did not present the significant difference in statistics as compared with those in the control group（P〉0.05）.The total effective rate in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group（P〉0.05）.There was no apparent toxic side effect discovered.Conclusion Tongfengke granules are safe and effective in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and deserve to be promoted in clinic.
