中西医结合治疗46例2型糖尿病疗效分析

目的探讨中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法随机将93例2型糖尿病患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组47例给予常规健康宣教、控制饮食、适当运动和胰岛素等综合治疗措施,治疗组46例在对照组的基础上配合中药降糖活血方内服治疗,两组患者均以10 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后对比疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.30%明显优于对照组68.09%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组不良反应发生率4.35%,明显低于对照组19.15%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的疗效确切,具有安全可靠和不良反应发生率低的特点,在改善患者临床症状和生活质量等方面具有非常重要的意义。

Efficacy Analysis of 46 Cases of Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on type-2 diabetes mellitus treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 93 cases of type-2 diabetes mellitus were randomized into a treatment group and a control group.In the control group,47 cases received the comprehensive treatment measures such as the conventional health education,diet control,proper physical exercise and insulin administration.In the treatment group,46 cases were treated with oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine for glucose reducing and blood activation on the basis of the treatment as the control group.10-day treatment made 1 session for the patients in either group.The efficacy and the adverse reactions were compared between two groups after 3 sessions of treatment.Results In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 91.30%,which was superior to 68.09% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.01).The incidence of the adverse reactions was 4.35% in the treatment group,which was remarkably lower than 19.15% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine achieves the definite efficacy on type-2 diabetes mellitus,characterized as the reliable safety and low incidence of adverse reactions.It plays the very important significance in reducing the clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life for the patients.
