银翘汤治疗轻症甲型流感31例临床观察

目的观察银翘汤治疗甲型流感的疗效和安全性。方法将符合中国卫生部《甲型H1N1流感诊疗方案（2009年第三版）》诊断标准、且中医辨证为风热犯卫型的60例门诊病例的治疗进行回顾性分析。愿意服用中药银翘汤31例患者为治疗组,其他为对照组29例。对照组采用退热、抗病毒和（或）抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服银翘汤25～100 mL,每日2次,疗程5d,观察症状改善情况及其安全性。结果治疗组第1天退热率83.87%,对照组第1天退热率31.03%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为68.96%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗过程中无不良反应。结论银翘汤治疗轻症甲型流感疗效肯定,安全性好。

Clinical Observation of 31 Cases of Mild Influenza A Treated with Yinqiao Decoction

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of yinqiao decoction in the treatment of influenza A.Methods The retrospective analysis was conducted for 60 outpatients who were differentiated as wind heat invading the defensive system pattern/syndrome in Chinese medicine and met the diagnostic criteria of Diagnosis and Treatment Program of A/H1N1 Influenza(the 3rd Edition,2009),issued by the Ministry of Health,China.31 cases who could take willingly yinqiao decoction were enrolled in a treatment group.The other 29 cases were in a control group.In the control group,the patients were treated with antipyretics,anti-virus and/or antibiotics.In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,yinqiao decoction was prescribed for oral administration,25~100 mL,twice a day.The duration of treatment was 5 days.The improvements in the symptoms and the safety of treatment were observed.Results The antipyretic rate on the 1st day was 83.87% in the treatment group and was 31.03% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.01).The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group and was 68.96% in the control group,presenting the statistical significant difference in comparison(P<0.01).The adverse reactions were not discovered during treatment.Conclusion Yinqiao decoction achieves the definite efficacy and good safety in the treatment of mild influenza A.
