二甲双胍对非肥胖 非胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征的治疗作用

目的:观察二甲双胍对非肥胖、非胰岛素抵抗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的治疗作用。方法:30例非肥胖、非胰岛素抵抗PCOS患者自卵泡期早期开始服用二甲双胍500 mg/次,3次/d,共6个月。测定治疗前后血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)和空腹血糖(FG)水平,观察月经恢复、排卵状况及体重指数(BM I)的变化。结果:治疗后血清T水平由(2.81±0.27)nmol/L降至(2.73±0.29)nmol/L,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其它生化指标无显著变化。13例月经稀发患者症状改善并有6例排卵。结论:二甲双胍可降低非肥胖、非胰岛素抵抗PCOS患者血清T水平,并有利于月经周期的改善与促进排卵。

The treatment effects of Metformin in no-obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) without insulin-resistant

Objective:To observe the treatment effects of metformin in no-obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) without insulin-resistant.Methods:Thirty no-obesity PCOS patients without insulin-resistant were assigned into the study.The patients were given 500 mg metformin,three times every day for 6 months from early follicular phase.The levels of serum LH,FSH,T,FINS and FG were measured and the menstrual cycle,ovulation,BMI were also be observed.Results:Free testosterone levels decreased from(2.81±0.27) nmol/L to(2.73±0.29) nmol/L during treatment with metformin,P<0.05.The group had also 13 improvements in menstrual cycles and 6 ovulations.Conclusion:Metformin reduces testosterone levels and promotes menstrual cycle,ovulation in women with PCOS,even if they are relatively lean and insulin-responsive.
