延续性护理对老年高血压患者健康行为的影响

目的对老年高血压患者行延续性护理后探究患者的健康行为受到的影响。方法随机非盲法选择医院老年高血压住院病人共计1565人(于2017年1月1日—2018年12月21日收治),565例为对照组行常规护理,1000例为观察组行延续性护理对患者健康行为的影响进行分析。结果HPLP2健康行为得分上,观察组在自我实现、人际关系、营养、压力管理以及健康责任和运动锻炼六个维度上得分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。NCQ延续性护理问卷调查:观察组得分(4.2±0.6)分,对照组得分(2.1±0.4)分,观察组延续性护理得分明显高于对照组,差异显著(74.373,P=0.000)。结论老年高血压患者行延续性护理后,患者健康行为得到较好的帮助,护理满意度也较为理想。

The Effect of Continuing Nursing on Health Behavior of Elderly Patients With Hypertension

Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing on health behavior of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 1565 elderly hypertensive inpatients in our hospital were selected randomly and non-blindly(from January 1,2017 to December 21,2018).565 patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 1000 patients in the observation group were given continuing nursing care to analyze the impact on patients'health behavior.Results HPLP2 health behavior score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group in self-realization,interpersonal relationship,nutrition,stress management,health responsibility and exercise,the difference was signif icant(P<0.05).NCQ Continuous Nursing Questionnaire:The score of observation group(4.2±0.6)and control group(2.1±0.4)were significantly higher than that of control group(t=74.373,P=0.000).Conclusion After continuing nursing for elderly patients with hypertension,patients'health behavior is better helped,and their nursing satisfaction is also ideal.
