50例小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭的急救效果观察

目的探究50例小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭的急救效果观察。方法选取小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭患者50例,在本院于2017年5月-2019年5月进行治疗,观察组及对照组,两组各25例。选择急救的方式干预的是观察组,择常规方式干预的是对照组。对比两组症状改善和住院时间,以及临床治疗总有效率。结果相较于对照组17例(68.00%),观察组的临床治疗总有效率为24例(96.00%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);相较于对照组,观察组的住院时间和临床症状改善时间均较优,对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对小儿支气管肺炎伴心力衰竭患者,采用急救的方式干预,会显著改善患者的生活质量,取得极佳的治疗效果,有效改善当前的临床症状,具有临床应用价值。

The First-aid Effect of 50 Children With Bronchopneumonia With Heart Failure

Objective To explore the first-aid effect of 50 children with bronchopneumonia with heart failure. Methods 50 children with bronchopneumonia and heart failure were selected. The treatment, observation group and control group were performed in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019. The mode of first aid intervention was to observe the group, and the control group was intervention in the conventional manner. The improvement of two groups of symptoms and the time of hospitalization and the total effective rate of clinical treatment were compared. Results Compared with the control group,17 cases(68.00%), the total effective rate of the observation group was 24(96.00%), and the two groups were statistically significant. Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time and the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For children with bronchopneumonia with heart failure, first aid intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients,achieve excellent therapeutic effect, effectively improve the current clinical symptoms, and has clinical application value.
