低剂量CT扫描对早期肺癌的诊断价值

目的探讨低剂量CT扫描对早期肺癌的诊断价值。方法100例患者经过病理诊断,确诊为早期肺癌。患者随机分为两组,两组检查均给予CT扫描。对照组给予常规CT扫描,实验组给予低剂量CT扫描。对比相关数据。结果实验组图像优良率92.0%,对照组优良率94.0%,两组图像优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的平均有效放射剂量低于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CT扫描征象对比,各表征指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的早期肺癌诊断符合率90.0%,对照组的早期肺癌诊断符合率为92.0%,两组数据差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在早期肺癌诊断中,低剂量CT扫描诊断价值明显,且对患者所造成的辐射伤害和辐射剂量比较小。

Diagnostic Value of Low Dose CT Scanning in Early Lung Cancer

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of low-dose CT scanning in early lung cancer. Methods 100 patients were diagnosed as early lung cancer by pathological diagnosis. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, both groups were given CT scan. The control group was given conventional CT scan, while the experimental group was given low dose CT scan. Compare the relevant data. Results The excellent and good rate of image was 92.0% in the experimental group and 94.0% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate of image between the two groups(P > 0.05);the average effective radiation dose in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference in the data between the two groups(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the CT scanning signs between the two groups(P > 0.05). The coincidence rate of early lung cancer diagnosis was 90.0% in the experimental group and 92.0% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Low-dose CT scanning is of great value in the diagnosis of early lung cancer, and the radiation damage and radiation dose to patients are relatively small.
