肿瘤科疼痛专职督导员的设立及效果评价

摘    要:
目的探讨设立疼痛专职督导员在肿瘤科实施疼痛护理质量控制管理,提升疼痛护理质量效果。方法科室选择出符合条件的疼痛专职督导员,制定疼痛护理质量检查指标,每月随机抽查疼痛护理指标的达标情况,提出存在问题并进行改进,对比设立疼痛专职督导员前后病区疼痛护理质量和满意度。结果科室疼痛护理在疼痛评估、护理记录、延续护理、健康教育方面的护理质量有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。医护人员对科室疼痛护理服务质量控制的满意度显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论科室设置疼痛专职督导员,制定疼痛护理质量检查指标提高疼痛护理服务水平,医务人员和患者对疼痛护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the pain to set up a full-time supervisor to enhance the role of oncology pain nursing quality. Methods Pain nursing quality inspection and grading standards, random inspection and statistics, sorting, analysis, improvement measures are proposed, implement for problem solving. To pain nursing quality control problems of continuous quality improvement, ward before and after contrast to set up the pain of full-time supervisor pain nursing quality and satisfaction. Results Pain nursing department in pain assessment, health education, nursing records and continue nursing care quality has improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Doctors to nursing job satisfaction and patient satisfaction on nursing service were improved obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Department set up a full-time supervisor pain, improve the pain nursing quality control standards, can effectively improve the quality of pain nursing, medical staff and patients nursing satisfaction to nursing job satisfaction.
