药物治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果

目的探讨硝普钠与酚妥拉明急诊治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的价值。方法本研究选择我院心内科2018年1月-2019年1月之间收治100例冠心病合并心力衰竭患者为观察对象,按照不同治疗方案分为硝普钠组(50例,硝普钠单一药物治疗)和酚妥拉明组(50例,酚妥拉明单一药物治疗),对比两组临床治疗效果。结果硝普钠组LVESD和LVEDD结果明显低于酚妥拉明组,而其LVEF结果则高于酚妥拉明组(P<0.05)。硝普钠组总有效率能够达到96.0%,而酚妥拉明组治疗有效率仅为84.0%(P<0.05)。硝普钠组不良反应发生率仅为6.0%,而酚妥拉明组则达到20.0%(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并心力衰竭患者接受硝普钠治疗,整体治疗效果较为理想,且安全性较高。

Clinical Effect of Drugs in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure

Objective To explore the value of sodium nitroprusside and phentolamine in the emergency treatment of coronary heart disease with heart failure. Methods In this study, 100 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure who were treated in our department of cardiology between January 2018 and January 2019 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into sodium nitroprusside group(50 patients, single Drug treatment) and phentolamine group(50 cases, phentolamine single drug treatment), compared the clinical treatment effect between the two groups. Results The LVESD and LVEDD results of the sodium nitroprusside group were significantly lower than those of the phentolamine group, while the LVEF results were significantly higher than those of the phentolamine group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the sodium nitroprusside group was 96.0%, while that of the phentolamine group was only 84.0%(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was only 6.0% in the sodium nitroprusside group and 20.0% in the phentolamine group(P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure receive sodium nitroprusside therapy. The overall treatment effect is ideal and the safety is high.
