针刺联合自拟消瘤止痛汤改善癌性疼痛的作用

目的探讨针刺联合自拟消瘤止痛汤改善癌性疼痛的作用。方法选定2017年2月—2018年12月本院收诊的102例癌性疼痛患者,分层随机法分为观察组51例(针刺联合自拟消瘤止痛汤)与对照组51例(三阶梯癌痛疗法),比较两组镇痛持续时间、镇痛起效时间与不良反应发生率指标。结果治疗结束,观察组镇痛持续时间长于对照组且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇痛起效时间短于对照组且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(1.96%)低于对照组(15.69%)且差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合自拟消瘤止痛汤方法可有效减轻癌性疼痛患者疼痛感。

Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Self-Made Xiaoliu Zhitong Decoction on Improving Cancer Pain

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Xiaoliu Zhitong Decoction on improving cancer pain.Methods A total of 102 patients with cancer pain admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The stratified randomized method was divided into observation group 51 cases(acupuncture combined with self-made Xiaoliu Zhitong Decoction)and control group 51 For example(three-step cancer pain therapy),the duration of analgesia,the onset time of analgesia and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of treatment,the duration of analgesia was longer in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of analgesia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of reaction(1.96%)was lower than that of the control group(15.69%)and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with self-made Xiaoliu Zhitong Decoction can effectively alleviate the pain of patients with cancer pain,which is worthy of popularization.
