脑卒中偏瘫患者针灸推拿联合中药治疗的效果

目的探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者针灸推拿联合中药治疗的效果。方法本院100例2017年3月—2018年9月脑卒中偏瘫患者。随机分组,中药治疗组采取中药治疗,针灸推拿结合中药治疗组则采取中药治疗+针灸推拿治疗。比较两组疾病疗效;肌力改善2级时间、住院时间;治疗前后脑卒中偏瘫患者上下肢FMA量表评分、生活质量、神经功能、Barthel指数;致残率。结果针灸推拿结合中药治疗组疾病疗效、肌力改善2级时间、住院时间、上下肢FMA量表评分、生活质量、神经功能、Barthel指数相比较中药治疗组更好,P<0.05。针灸推拿结合中药治疗组致残率低于中药治疗组,P<0.05。结论中药治疗+针灸推拿治疗脑卒中偏瘫效果确切,可改善肌力和上下肢运动功能,改善神经功能和自理能力,降低致残率。

Effect of Acupuncture and Massage Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine on Hemiplegic Patients With Stroke

Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine on hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods 100 hemiplegic patients with stroke in our hospital from March 2017 to September 2018.Randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine,while the treatment group with acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine was treated with traditional Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and massage.The curative effect of the two groups were compared;the time of muscle strength improvement grade 2 and hospitalization time;the scores of FMA scale,quality of life,neurological function and Barthel index of upper and lower limbs of stroke hemiplegic patients before and after treatment;and the disability rate.Results Compared with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group had better curative effect,muscle strength improvement grade 2 time,hospitalization time,upper and lower limb FMA scale score,quality of life,nerve function and Barthel index(P<0.05).The disability rate in the treatment group of acupuncture and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine was lower than that in the treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plus acupuncture and massage has a definite effect on hemiplegia after stroke.It can improve muscle strength and upper and lower limb motor function,improve nerve function and self-care ability,and reduce disability rate.
