老年性脑梗死护理中开展优质护理的干预价值体会

目的分析老年性脑梗死护理中开展优质护理的干预价值。方法选取在本院接受治疗的老年性脑梗死患者148例,选取时间为2016年1月—2018年12月,将患者随机分为两组,即对照组(74例)、观察组(74例),对照组行常规护理,观察组行优质护理。结果观察组患者接受优质护理后,其焦虑评分为(38.36±3.82)分、抑郁评分为(36.11±3.58)分、运动功能评分为(64.98±6.52)分,分别相较于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的生活质量评分为(67.94±6.83)分、神经功能缺损评分为(15.32±1.49)分,与对照组对比,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论老年性脑梗死患者接受优质护理,可以改善患者的心态,提升患者的运动功能和生活质量,减少神经缺损的发生。

Interventional Value of Quality Nursing in the Treatment of Senile Cerebral Infarction

Objective To analyze the intervention value of quality nursing in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 148 patients with senile cerebral infarction who underwent treatment in our hospital were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,January 2016 and December 2018.The control group(74 patients)and the observation group(74)For example,the control group received routine care and the observation group received quality care.Results After receiving quality nursing,the observation group had an anxiety score of(38.36±3.82)points,a depression score of(36.11±3.58)points,and a motor function score of(64.98±6.52)points,respectively.The difference was significant,P<0.05.The quality of life score of the observation group was(67.94±6.83)points and the score of neurological deficit was(15.32±1.49)points.Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with senile cerebral infarction can improve their mental state,improve their motor function and quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of nerve defects.
