手术切除治疗面部色素痣的体会

目的探讨手术切除治疗面部色素痣的体会与患者预后情况。方法选择本院100例2016年4月—2018年4月面部色素痣患者。随机分组,物理治疗组采取CO2点阵激光治疗,手术切除组则采取手术切除方法治疗。比较两组面部色素痣控制率;患者对治疗后美观度的满意度、平均治疗的次数;治疗前后患者生活质量量表评分水平;复发率。结果手术切除组面部色素痣控制率、患者对治疗后美观度的满意度、平均治疗的次数、生活质量量表评分水平相比较物理治疗组更好,P<0.05。手术切除组患者复发率低于物理治疗组,P<0.05。结论手术切除方法治疗面部色素痣效果好。

Experience in Surgical Removal of Facial Pigmented Nevus

Objective To investigate the experience of surgical resection for facial pigmented nevus and prognosis of patients.Methods One hundred patients with facial pigmented nevus from April 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in our hospital.Randomly grouped,the physiotherapy group was treated with CO2 lattice laser,and the surgical resection group was treated with surgical resection.The control rate of facial pigmentation was compared between the two groups;the patient's satisfaction with the aesthetics after treatment,the average number of treatments;the score of the patient's quality of life scale before and after treatment;and the recurrence rate.Results The control rate of facial pigmentation in the surgical resection group,the patient's satisfaction with the aesthetics after treatment,the average number of treatments,and the quality of life scale were better than those in the physical therapy group,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of patients in the surgical resection group was lower than that in the physical therapy group(P<0.05).Conclusion Surgical resection is effective in the treatment of facial pigmented nevus.
