呼吸科护理临床教学中的PBL教学模式实践应用

摘    要:
目的探讨呼吸科护理临床教学中的PBL教学模式实践应用。方法传统教学模式组护生采用传统教学模式,PBL教学模式组护生采用PBL教学模式,然后统计分析两组护生的考核成绩、表现评分、对教学方法的评价。结果PBL教学模式组护生的理论考核、实践操作、病例分析、综合成绩均显著高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05),临床思维、学习态度评分均显著高于传统教学模式组(P<0.05),但两组护生的遵守纪律评分之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸科护理临床教学中的PBL教学模式实践应用效果较传统教学模式好。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the practical application of PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of respiratory nursing.Methods The traditional teaching mode group adopts the traditional teaching mode.The PBL teaching mode group adopts the PBL teaching mode,and then statistically analyzes the assessment scores,performance scores and evaluation methods of the two groups of nursing students.Results The theoretical assessment,practical operation,case analysis and comprehensive scores of the PBL teaching mode group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching mode group(P<0.05).The clinical thinking and learning attitude scores were significantly higher than the traditional teaching mode group(P<0.05),but the difference between the compliance scores of the two groups of nursing students was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The practice of PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of respiratory nursing is better than the traditional teaching mode.
