肾上腺皮质激素预防肾移植术后肺部感染的效果评估

目的探究在对肾移植手术后应用肾上腺皮质激素对患者肺部感染控制的效果。方法选择2015年9月-2018年10月间至本院接受肾移植术的80例患者的一般资料进行整理分析,然后根据患者的意愿来进行分组,分别为对照组和试验组,每组中均纳入40例患者。所有患者均采用常规肾移植术方案进行治疗,对照组患者单纯采用术后常规抗生素应用,不对患者进行任何激素或其他药物处理,试验组患者则在此基础上应用肾上腺皮质激素对患者进行抗感染治疗。治疗完成后,评价所有患者手术后的感染事件发生率。记录所有患者术后并发症发生率。结果本次研究成果显示,试验组患者的感染事件发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。同时两组患者在治疗完成后的不良反应差异无有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对肾移植手术后,患者进行抗感染处理时,应用肾上腺皮质激素对患者创口进行处理能够有效改善患者的肺部感染率,同时这种处理方案不会导致患者出现额外的不良反应,具有高度的应用价值是一种优秀且安全的术后抗感染方案。

The Effect Evalution of Adrenal Cortex Hormone Prevents Pulmonary Infection After Renal Transplantation

Objective To explore the effect of adrenocortical hormone on the control of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation.Methods The general data of 80 patients who underwent kidney transplantation from September 2015 to October 2018 were collected and analyzed,and then divided into control group and experimental group according to patients’wishes.40 patients were included in each group.All patients were treated with routine renal transplantation.The patients in the control group were treated with routine antibiotics only after operation,without any hormones or other drugs.The patients in the experimental group were treated with corticosteroids for anti-infection.After treatment,the incidence of infection events after operation was evaluated.Postoperative complications were recorded in all patients.Results The results of this study showed that the incidence of infection was 5.00%in the experimental group,lower than 27.50%in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Adrenocortical hormone can effectively improve the pulmonary infection rate of patients after kidney transplantation when they are treated with anti-infection.At the same time,this treatment scheme will not lead to additional adverse reactions.It has high application value and is an excellent and safe antiinfection scheme after kidney transplantation.
