护士分层级管理模式提高护理管理质量的价值

目的探讨护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的价值研究。方法将2017年1月—2018年12月在本院工作的100名临床护士随机分为两组,对照组50例采用常规护理管理模式,观察组50例采用护士分层级管理模式,比较两组的护理质量评分,护士综合素质评分、护理差错、护理缺陷及护理纠纷发生率,护理人员自我满意度。结果(1)观察组护理质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组在护理综合素质评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)观察组护理差错、护理缺陷及护理纠纷发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组自我满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理模式对提高护理管理质量的价值显著,能有效提升护士综合素质,降低护理不良事件发生率,提升护士对自我工作能力的满意度,从而提高整体护理质量,具有积极的临床意义。

The Value of Nurse Hierarchical Management Model in Improving the Quality of Nursing Management

Objective To discuss the value of nurse hierarchical management model in improving the quality of nursing management.Methods 100 clinical nurses working in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group were treated with routine nursing management mode.In the observation group,50 cases adopted the hierarchical management model of nurses.Nursing quality score,comprehensive quality score of nurses,nursing errors,nursing defects and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(2)The comprehensive nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);(3)The incidence of nursing errors,nursing defects and nursing disputes in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The self-satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurses hierarchical management model has significant value in improving the quality of nursing management.It can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nurses,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and enhance the satisfaction of nurses with their self-work ability.It has positive clinical significance to improve the quality of holistic nursing.
