影响临床尿常规检验的影响因素及应对对策分析

目的分析影响临床尿常规检验的影响因素,并针对相关因素探讨出有效应对对策。方法选取2017年2月-2018年6月期间来本院治疗的500例患者作为研究对象,遵医嘱为患者留取晨尿做尿常规检验,对这500例检验单的检验过程和结果进行分析,查找出可能造成检验产生误差的原因,分析原因并研究相应的应对措施。结果经检验结果显示500例尿常规检验中出现了85例不合格的现象,总不合格率占17.0%。其中有32例是由于患者在尿常规标本采集前准备不充分,占37.65%;24例是由于标本采集过程中受到污染,占28.24%;21例是由于标本放置时间过长,占24.71%;8例因检验员对仪器的操作不规范导致,占9.41%。结论影响尿常规检验发生误差的因素包含了很多,其中主要因为患者准备不充分、标本采集过程受污染、标本放置时间过长以及检验员对仪器操作不严谨。因此,针对尿常规的影响因素应采取预防措施,首先患者在做尿常规标本采集前应做好充分的准备,严格按正常程序采集标本,待尿液标本采集完尽快检验以免变质,检验员要严格按照仪器的使用方法进行操作。从而提高检验的准确率,为临床进行下一步治疗提供确切的依据。

Analysis on the Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Clinical Urine Routine Test

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of clinical routine urine test, and to explore the effective countermeasures. Methods 500 patients who came to our hospital from February 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were asked by doctors to take morning urine for routine urine test. The test process and results of these 500 test sheets were analyzed to find out the possible causes of test errors, analyze the causes and study the corresponding countermeasures. Results The results showed that 85 cases were unqualified in the routine urine test, the total unqualified rate was 17.0%. Among them, 32 cases were due to inadequate preparation before collection of routine urine samples, accounting for 37.65%;24 cases were due to contamination during collection, accounting for 28.24%;21 cases were due to long time of specimen placement, accounting for 24.71%;8 cases were due to improper operation of the instrument by the inspector, accounting for 9.41%. Conclusion There are many factors that influence the error of urine routine test, such as inadequate preparation of patients, contamination of specimen collection process, long time of specimen placement, and lax operation of instruments by inspectors. Therefore, preventive measures should be taken for the influencing factors of urine routine. Firstly, patients should make full preparation before collecting urine routine samples, collect samples in strict accordance with normal procedures, and test as soon as possible after collecting urine samples to avoid deterioration. Inspectors should operate in strict accordance with the use method of the instrument. So as to improve the accuracy of the test and provide the exact basis for the next step of clinical treatment.
