摘    要:目的探讨模拟临床思维教学法在胸外科教学中的应用价值。方法随机选取本院胸外科2015年9月-2017年9月间接受收的90例实习生为研究对象,根据教学方式分成对照组和观察组,分别予以传统教学法和模拟临床思维教学法,进行两组教学成绩的对比。结果观察组考核总成绩为(92.12±2.04)分,与对照组的(75.58±1.54)分相比,数据间有明显的统计学差异产生(P<0.05);对照组和观察组学生满意度和自我评价能力得分所得数据间统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论模拟临床思维教学法在胸外科教学中应用价值明显,值得深入探讨,推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of simulated clinical thinking teaching method in thoracic surgery teaching. Methods 90 interns admitted from September 2015 to September 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to teaching methods: control group and observation group. Traditional teaching method and simulated clinical thinking teaching method were given respectively. Compare the two groups of teaching results. Results The total score of the observation group was(92.12±2.04), which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.58±1.54), and there was significant difference between the control group and the observation group in the scores of students’ satisfaction and self-evaluation ability(P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of simulated clinical thinking teaching method in thoracic surgery teaching is obvious, which is worthy of further discussion and popularization.
