艾灸神阙联合中药封包神阙对骨折后腹胀便秘的护理

目的研究艾灸神阙和腹部按摩对骨折后腹胀便秘的护理。方法选择骨折后腹胀便秘患者作为本次研究患者,并采用电脑随机法将40例骨折后腹胀便秘患者进行分组,主要包括两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组实施常规护理后,若入院后两三日腹胀便秘问题未能改善,则实施艾灸神阙配合中药封包神阙。结果观察组骨折后腹胀便秘患者满意度、首次排便时间(21.65±1.32)h短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸神阙配合中药封包神阙对骨折后腹胀便秘的护理具有显著效果。

Nursing Care of Abdominal Distension and Constipation After Fracture by Moxibustion Shenque and Abdominal Massage

Objective To study the nursing of abdominal distension and constipation after fracture by Moxibustion Shenque and abdominal massage. Methods Patients with abdominal distension of constipation after fracture as the study patients, and USES the computer random method of 40 patients with abdominal distension of constipation after fracture were grouped, mainly include two groups: control group, routine nursing care for the observation group and routine nursing, if two or three days after admission abdominal distension constipation problem failed to improve, the implementation of moxibustion with Chinese medicine CV 8 packets CV 8. Results The satisfaction degree and first bowel movement time(21.65±1.32) h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion moxibustion shenque combined with traditional Chinese medicine package shenque has significant effect on the nursing of abdominal distension and constipation after fracture.
