减少ICU重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的护理

目的了解减少ICU重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生的护理方式。方法将我院2016年2月-2018年1月的100例ICU重症患者,随机分组,常规护理组给予一般护理,集束化护理组开展集束化护理。比较两组满意度;呼吸机使用时间、住院情况;护理前后生存质量、APACHEⅡ评分以及不良心理评分;呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率。结果集束化护理组满意度、生存质量、APACHEⅡ评分以及不良心理评分、呼吸机使用时间、住院情况、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率对比常规护理组有优势,P <0.05。结论 ICU重症患者实施集束化护理效果确切,可有效缩短呼吸机通气时间、住院时间,减少呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生,并改善患者的生存质量。

Nursing Care for Reducing Ventilator-associated Pneumonia in Critically Ill Patients With ICU

Objective To understand the nursing methods to reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia in critically ill patients with ICU. Methods 100 cases of ICU critically ill patients from 2016.2-2018.1 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups. The general nursing group gave general care,and the cluster nursing group carried out cluster nursing. The satisfaction of the two groups;ventilator use time, hospitalization;quality of life before and after care, APACHE Ⅱ score and adverse psychological score;incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Results The satisfaction, quality of life, APACHE Ⅱ score,adverse psychological score,ventilator use time, hospitalization, and ventilatorassociated pneumonia in the clustered nursing group were superior to those in the conventional nursing group, P<0.05. Conclusion Intensive care of patients with ICU is effective,which can effectively shorten the ventilator ventilation time, hospital stay, reduce the incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia and improve the quality of life of patients.
