不同抗抑郁药物治疗焦虑合并抑郁的效果评价

目的针对焦虑合并抑郁的患者在其治疗中比较应用艾司西酞普兰与文拉法辛的效果。方法研究时段为2014年2月—2019年2月,选取上述研究时段中收治医院精神科接受治疗的焦虑同时合并抑郁患者60例为基础性研究资料,根据接受治疗药物的不同平均分为2组,甲组30例运用艾司西酞普兰治疗,而乙组30例则采用文拉法辛治疗,两组患者均连续治疗6 w后采用HAMA、HAMD评分量表以及不良反应发生率展开评价。结果甲组患者在治疗2周、4周时间段HAMA、HAMD量表评分显著优于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义,而在治疗6周后,两组未表现出明显的统计学差异。甲组不良反应发生率10.0%明显低于乙组33.3%,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论这对精神科收治的焦虑合并抑郁的患者在治疗中运用艾司西酞普兰相比文拉法辛效果更好,能在短时间内缓解精神障碍状况,且不良反应较少,值得临床进一步探索应用。

Efficacy Comparison Between Escitalopram and Venlafaxine in the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression

Objective To compare the effects of escitalopram and venlafaxine in patients with anxiety and depression.Methods The study period was from February 2014 to February 2019.60 cases of anxiety and concomitant depression patients admitted to the psychiatric department in the above study period were selected as the basic research data.According to the different average scores of the treated drugs,2 In group,30 patients in group A were treated with escitalopram,while 30 patients in group B were treated with venlafaxine.The patients in both groups were treated with(HAMA),(HAMD)rating scale and adverse reactions after 6 weeks of continuous treatment.Rate to carry out evaluation.Results In the patients in group A,the HAMA and HAMD scales were significantly better than those in the control group at 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.P<0.05 was statistically significant,but after 6 weeks of treatment,the two groups did not show significant statistics.difference.The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 10.0%significantly lower than that in group B(33.3%),P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion This method of psychiatric treatment of anxiety combined with depression in the treatment of escitalopram is better than venlafaxine,can relieve mental disorders in a short period of time,and fewer adverse reactions,worthy of clinical Explore the application further.
