“五心”工作法在肛肠科护理管理中的应用价值体会

目的探讨在进行肛肠科护理管理期间"五心"工作法应用可行性。方法选择本院2017年6月-2019年2月收治的300例肛肠科患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组后探究每组所用护理方法;比照组(150例):采用基础护理方法合理展开;实验组(150例):采用基础护理方法 +"五心"工作法合理展开;对比两组肛肠科患者护理满意度评分结果、不良意见反馈率以及并发症发生率。结果实验组肛肠科患者护理服务满意度评分为(95.55±2.77)分,比照组为(72.11±3.01)分;实验组肛肠科患者护理满意度评分结果高于比照组明显(P <0.05);实验组肛肠科患者不良意见反馈率(0.67%)以及并发症发生率(0.67%)均低于比照组(6.00%)、(6.67%)明显(P <0.05)。结论医院肛肠科在进行护理管理期间,"五心"工作法的有效应用,在提升肛肠科患者护理满意程度,降低患者不良意见反馈率以及并发症发生率方面,获得确切效果,从而对于肛肠科患者康复状态提升以及整体护理质量的提升,奠定基础。

The Application Value of "Five Heart" Working Method in Proctology Nursing Management

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying the "five-heart" working method during the nursing management of anorectal department. Methods 300 anorectal patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected as experimental subjects. After grouping with digital parity method, the nursing methods used in each group were explored. Comparison group(150 cases) : adopt basic nursing method to carry out reasonably;The experimental group(150 cases) : adopted the basic nursing method + "five heart" work method to carry out reasonably;The nursing satisfaction score, adverse feedback rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction score of proctology patients in the experimental group was(95.55±2.77) points, and that in the comparison group was(72.11±3.01) points. The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the comparison group(P < 0.05). The adverse feedback rate(0.67%) and complication rate(0.67%) in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the comparison group(6.00%) and(6.67%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Anorectal hospital during the period of nursing management, "five heart" effective application of the execution of work, in promoting anorectal patients satisfaction with nursing care, reduce adverse comments response rate and incidence of complications in patients, to obtain the exact effect, thus for anorectal patients recovery improve the whole nursing quality and promote, lay the foundation.
