基于微信的微课教学法在急诊科教学中的应用

摘    要:
目的研究基于微信的微课教学法应用在急诊科护生教学中对教学质量的影响。方法需选取2018年1月-2019年3月本院的90名急诊科护生为本次研究活动的观察对象,并遵循随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45名)与试验组(45名),对照组需采用传统教学法,而试验组可借助微信平台开展微课教学法,对比两组的理论知识、实践操作能力、基本临床素质、临床思维能力以及师生满意度。结果两组在分组学习前的理论知识评分、实践操作能力评分、基本临床素质评分、临床思维能力评分无统计学差异,P>0.05,分组学习后试验组的理论知识评分、实践操作能力评分、基本临床素质评分、临床思维能力评分均大于对照组,P<0.05;采用不同教学方法后,试验组的教员满意度评分与学生满意度评分均大于对照组,P<0.05。结论在急诊科护生教学中借助微信平台实施微课教学法,有助于增强护生临床技能,丰富其理论知识,提升教学质量。

Abstract:
Objective The influence of WeChat based micro-teaching method on the teaching quality in the teaching of emergency nursing students. Methods 90 emergency nursing students in our hospital from January 20 to March 2019 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into the control group(45) and the experimental group(45) according to the random number table method. The control group needs to adopt the traditional teaching method, and the experimental group can use the WeChat platform to carry out the micro-teaching method to compare the theoretical knowledge, practical operation ability, basic clinical quality, clinical thinking ability and teacher-student satisfaction of the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in the theoretical knowledge score, practical operation ability score, basic clinical quality score and clinical thinking ability score before group learning, P>0.05. The theoretical knowledge score and practice of the experimental group after group learning The operating ability score, basic clinical quality score, and clinical thinking ability score were all greater than the control group, P<0.05.(2) After using different teaching methods, the teacher satisfaction score and the student satisfaction score of the experimental group were greater than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of micro-teaching method in the teaching of nursing students in emergency department helps to enhance the clinical skills of nursing students, enrich their theoretical knowledge and improve the quality of teaching. Therefore, this teaching method is worth promoting.
