中医急诊辨治胸痹患者的疗效

目的探讨中医急诊辨治胸痹患者的疗效。方法把武汉市蔡甸区中医医院2016年1月—2018年12月接收的胸痹患者100例作为此次研究对象,把胸痹患者按治疗方法的不同分为西医药物治疗组与西医联合中医急诊辨治组,西医药物治疗组行单一西医药物治疗,西医联合中医急诊辨治组行西医联合中医急诊辨治,通过心脏操作来检查胸痹患者左室射血分数(LVEF)和左室缩短率(LVDFS),治疗后进行心电图检查,评估心肌有无缺血症状。结果两组胸痹患者治疗前LVDFS、胸痹急性发作次数以及LVEF、每次胸痹发作持续的时间对比相似(P>0.05);治疗后两组胸痹患者的LVDFS、胸痹急性发作次数以及持续时间均有所降低,LVEF则有所提高(P<0.05),同时西医联合中医急诊辨治组的LVEF提高的幅度要显著好于西医药物治疗组,其他指标也是如此,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。西医联合中医急诊辨治组50例胸痹患者临床总有效率是92.00%,西医药物治疗组50例胸痹患者临床总有效率是76.00%(χ2=5.567,P=0.019)。结论西医联合中医急诊辨治胸痹能够获得显著临床疗效,通过这种治疗方案的实施,可更好缓解症状,改善心功能。

Therapeutic Effect of TCM Emergency Treatment of Patients With Chest Paralysis

Objective To explore the curative effect of TCM emergency treatment of patients with chest paralysis.Methods 100 cases of patients with chest palsy received from Caidian District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Wuhan City from January 2016 to December 2018 were taken as the research object.The patients with chest palsy were divided into western medicine treatment group and western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine according to different treatment methods.The emergency diagnosis and treatment group,the western medicine treatment group received a single western medicine treatment,the western medicine and the traditional Chinese medicine emergency diagnosis and treatment group underwent the western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine emergency treatment,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular shortening of patients with chest palsy were checked by cardiac operation.Rate(LVDFS).After treatment,an electrocardiogram was performed to evaluate the myocardial ischemia.Results The LVDFS,the number of acute episodes of thoracic palsy before treatment,and the duration of each LVEF,the duration of each episode of thoracic palsy were similar between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The duration of LVEF was decreased,and the LVEF was increased(P<0.05).At the same time,the LVEF improvement of the Western medicine combined TCM emergency treatment group was significantly better than that of the Western medicine treatment group.The other indicators were also the same,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of 50 patients with thoracic palsy in the Western medicine combined TCM emergency diagnosis and treatment group was 92.00%,and the total clinical effective rate of 50 patients with thoracic palsy in the Western medicine treatment group was 76.00%(χ2=5.567,P=0.019).Conclusion Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine emergency diagnosis and treatment of chest palsy can obtain significant clinical effects.The implementation of this treatment plan can better alleviate symptoms and improve cardiac function.
