摘    要:目的CBL教学模式是以临床病例为先导,以问题为基础,以教师为主导,引导学生通过对临床病例的分析、讨论和处理过程,来发现问题、解决问题的教学模式。在教学过程中,人们往往会过度强调学生的主体作用,认为只要让学生参与临床诊疗工作、参与讨论,就能让学生进入医生的角色,以致忽视教师的主导核心作用,忽视了教师的引导、传授知识的作用,从而导致学生学习能力得不到实质性提升,教学效率显著下降。文章就CBL中教师的核心作用进行分析,并以骨科临床教学为实例进行说明和应用探讨,旨在进一步明确教师在CBL教学中的核心关键作用,为该教学模式更好地发挥作用提供理论依据。

Abstract:The CBL teaching mode is based on clinical cases,based on problems,and is led by teachers.It guides students through the analysis,discussion and processing of clinical cases to discover problems and solve problems.In the process of teaching,people tend to over-emphasize the main role of students.They believe that as long as students participate in clinical diagnosis and treatment and participate in discussions,they can let students enter the role of doctors,neglecting the leading role of teachers,ignoring the guidance of teachers and the role of teaching,which lead to a substantial improvement in students'learning ability and a significant decline in teaching efficiency.This paper analyzes the core role of teachers in CBL,and explains the clinical teaching of orthopedics as an example.It aims to further clarify the key role of teachers in CBL teaching and provide a theoretical basis for the teaching model.
