心理和饮食干预对恶性肿瘤化疗患者护理的作用

目的了解心理护理联合饮食指导用于恶性肿瘤化疗患者护理的效果。方法将医院2016年2月—2018年12的200例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,随机分组,有一组作为对比,进行常规护理,而心理护理联合饮食指导服务干预组对于本院的恶性肿瘤化疗患者开展心理护理联合饮食指导。比较两组满意度;恶性肿瘤化疗舒适度、患者的治疗依从性;护理前后心理状态SCL-90量表症状积分、营养指标;并发症发生率。结果心理护理联合饮食指导服务干预组满意度、心理状态SCL-90量表症状积分、营养指标、恶性肿瘤化疗舒适度、患者的治疗依从性、并发症发生率对比常规化护理服务干预组有优势,P<0.05。结论恶性肿瘤化疗患者实施心理护理的同时给予患者合理的饮食指导获得的效果良好,可促使患者心理障碍减轻,促进患者机体营养水平的改善,并提升患者的舒适程度,减少相关并发症的发生,促进患者满意度的提高。

Nursing Effect of Psychological and Dietary Intervention on Patients With Malignant Tumors Undergoing Chemotherapy

Objective To understand the effect of psychological nursing combined diet guidance on the nursing of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods 200 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into one group for comparison and routine nursing,while the psychological nursing combined with diet guidance service intervention group carried out psychological nursing combined with diet guidance for the patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy in our hospital.The satisfaction of the two groups,the comfort of chemotherapy,the treatment compliance of patients,the symptom score and nutrition index of SCL-90 before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared.Results Psychological care combined with dietary guidance service intervention group satisfaction,psychological status SCL-90 scale symptom scores,nutritional indicators,malignant tumor chemotherapy comfort,patient treatment compliance,complication rate compared with conventional nursing service intervention group Advantage,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing and reasonable diet guidance for patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy is good,which can promote the reduction of patients'psychological disorders,the improvement of patients'nutritional level,the improvement of patients'comfort,the reduction of related complications and the improvement of patients'satisfaction.
