Observation on Effect of High-Quality Nursing Intervention in the Application of Blood Purification of Uremic Patients with Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the application of blood purification of uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods 60 uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were selected and equally divided into control group(routine nursing)and study group(high-quality nursing intervention)according to the nursing methods.The psychological state,self efficacy and complications were compared between two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 36.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the GSES scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-quality nursing intervention can improve the psychological state and self efficacy of uremic patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism during the blood purification,with lower incidence of complications.
