案例式教学在中医肝病科规培带教中的应用研究

目的探讨临床案例教学法在中医肝病科规培带教中的应用效果。方法将2017年10月—2018年10月在枣庄市中医医院肝病科轮转的60名中医规培生随机分为2组,每组30人,在中医肝病科规培带教中对照组采用传统讲授法教学,观察组采取临床案例教学法,在肝病科规培结束后,通过理论考核和临床实践效果评价进行测评。结果2组中医规培医生理论考核成绩对照有比较明显性的差异(P<0.05),85%以上的规培医生认为案例式教学能促进他们的学习积极性,能够更直观的接触病人,了解疾病发病病因病理以及治疗原则与方法、能更好的接触与了解相关学科的医学前沿信息。结论中医医师规范化培训中采用案例式教学法,能够提升规培教学治疗,提高规培医师理论考核成绩,激发规培医师学习积极性,为以后临床实践打下坚实基础。

The Application of Case Teaching in the Standardized Training of Hepatology in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical case teaching method in the planning and training of hepatology department of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018 in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine liver disease of Zaozhuang rotation of 60 Pearson rules of TCM were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 30 people,in Chinese medicine liver disease gauge control group using traditional teaching method in teaching culture teaching,observation group take the clinical case teaching,in liver disease gauge after the culture,through the theoretical examination and evaluation to evaluate clinical practice.Results 2 set of rules from the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine theory of the assessment result contrast has obvious sex difference(P<0.05),more than 85%of the doctors think the rules of case teaching can promote their study enthusiasm,can contact patients more intuitive,understanding of disease etiology pathology,and treatment principle and method,can better contact and understand medical frontier information of related disciplines.Conclusion The case teaching method in the standardized training of TCM physicians can improve the teaching and treatment of standardized training,improve the theoretical assessment results of standardized training physicians,stimulate the learning enthusiasm of standardized training physicians,and lay a solid foundation for future clinical practice.
