前瞻性护理在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的作用

目的 分析前瞻性护理干预在胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术围手术期中的应用效果.方法 将医院2018年3月—2019年4月的70例胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者,随机分组,常规护理干预组对于本次就诊的胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者给予常规护理,前瞻性护理干预组对于本次就诊的胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者开展前瞻性护理.比较两组满意度;胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术认知水平、治疗依从性、术后恢复时间;护理前后生存质量指标;并发症发生率.结果 前瞻性护理干预组满意度、生存质量指标、胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术认知水平、治疗依从性、术后恢复时间、并发症发生率对比常规护理干预组有优势,P<0.05.结论 胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者实施前瞻性护理效果确切,可有效改善患者的生存质量,提高患者的疾病认知和治疗的依从性,加速患者的康复进程,减少手术并发症的发生.

The Role of Prospective Nursing in Thoracoscopic and Laparoscopic Esophageal Cancer Surgery

Objective To analyze the effect of prospective nursing intervention in perioperative period of thoracoscopic and laparoscopic combined esophageal cancer radical operation.Methods 70 patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophageal cancer radical resection in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The routine nursing intervention group gave routine nursing care to the patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic combined esophageal cancer radical resection.The prospective nursing intervention group gave prospective nursing care to the patients with thoracoscopic and laparoscopic combined esophageal cancer radical resection.Compare the satisfaction of the two groups;the cognitive level,treatment compliance and recovery time after thoracoscopic and laparoscopic combined esophageal cancer radical operation;quality of life before and after nursing;incidence of complications.Results The satisfaction,quality of life,cognitive level of thoracoscopic and laparoscopic combined esophageal cancer radical operation,treatment compliance,recovery time and complication rate of prospective nursing intervention group were superior to those of routine nursing intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Prospective nursing for patients undergoing thoracoscopic and laparoscopic esophagectomy is effective,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,improve their disease awareness and treatment compliance,speed up the rehabilitation process of patients,and reduce the occurrence of surgical complications.
