摘    要:
目的了解本科护理专业学生在PBL教学中的学习体验,为今后PBL教学模式的开展提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选择汕头大学医学院符合纳入标准的10名护生作为研究对象,对其进行面对面的半结构式访谈,并用Colaizzi现象学资料七步分析法对访谈资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果护生的学习体验可归纳为5个主题:提高学习质量,培养自主学习意识;提高学习动力,培养临床思维;端正学习态度,调动课堂气氛;培养终身学习的技能;锻炼文献检索能力。结论在本科护生中开展PBL教学对学生有积极的影响,包括在学习兴趣、接收知识的范围、团队精神以及语言表达能力等。

Abstract:
Objective To study nursing undergraduates in the teaching of PBL learning experience, provided a reference for the development of the PBL teaching mode for the future. Methods We use purposive sampling method,and selected 10 nursing undergraduates from Shan Tou University Medical College as the research object.We implement the face-to-face semi-structured interviews,using seven steps of Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method to analyze the interview data and extract theme. Results Nursing students learning experience can be summarized as five topics: Improve the quality of learning, train their consciousness of autonomous learning;mprove the learning motivation, cultivating clinical thinking;The learning attitude, to mobilize the classroom atmosphere;Cultivate a lifelong learning skills;Literature retrieval ability exercise. Conclusion PBL teaching in undergraduate nursing students have a positive effect on the students, including in the scope of the study interest, receiving knowledge, team spirit and language expression ability, etc.
