基于微信平台的健康教育对中青年居家腹膜透析患者负性情绪和自我管理能力的影响

目的探讨基于微信平台的健康教育对中青年居家腹膜透析患者负性情绪和自我管理能力的影响。方法选取2018年9月至2020年7月我院收治的中青年居家腹膜透析患者74例,随机分为实验组和对照组各37例。对照组采用常规健康教育,实验组采用基于微信平台的健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的负性情绪和自我管理能力。结果干预前,两组的SDS、SAS、ESCA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,实验组的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,ESCA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台的健康教育可有效改善中青年居家腹膜透析患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,显著提升其自我管理能力。

Influence of Health Education Based on WeChat Platform on Negative Emotions and Self-Management Ability of Young and Middle-Aged Patients with Home Peritoneal Dialysis

Objective To explore the influence of health education based on WeChat platform on negative emotions and self-management ability of young and middle-aged patients with home peritoneal dialysis.Methods 74 young and middle-aged patients with home peritoneal dialysis admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to July 2020 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the experimental group received health education based on WeChat platform.The negative emotions and self-management ability before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,no statistical difference was found in the SDS,SAS and ESCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the ESCA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on WeChat platform can effectively improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in young and middle-aged patients with home peritoneal dialysis,and significantly improve the self-management ability.
