综合护理干预在过敏性哮喘患者中的应用效果观察

目的观察综合护理干预在过敏性哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月我院收治的95例过敏性哮喘患者的临床资料,根据护理干预方式的不同分为两组。对照组45例采用常规护理干预,研究组50例在对照组基础上采用综合护理干预。比较两组的治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果研究组的治疗依从性为94.00%,显著高于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度为98.00%,显著高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效提高过敏性哮喘患者的治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Observation on the Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Allergic Asthma

Objective To observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with allergic asthma.Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with allergic asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention methods.45 cases in the control group received conventional nursing intervention,and 50 cases in the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups.Results The treatment compliance of study group was 94.00%,significantly higher than 75.56%of control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of study group was 98.00%,significantly higher than 84.44%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with allergic asthma.
