泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽对急性上消化道出血疗效

目的研究泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗方案对急性上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法从2018年1月—2019年1月本院收治的急性上消化道出血患者中选取94例作为研究对象,随机分为2组,其中对照组47例,采用泮托拉唑进行治疗;观察组47例,采用泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果、出血时间、输血量以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,治疗不良症状、出血时间和输血量明显低于对照组,两组对比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性上消化道出血患者采用泮托拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗方案,临床效果显著。

Clinical Effect of Pantoprazole Combined With Octreotide for Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To study the clinical effect of pantoprazole combined with octreotide for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 94 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and who treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 47 cases were treated with pantoprazole,while the observation group of 47 cases were treated with pantoprazole combined with octreotide.Then,the treatment effect,bleeding time,blood transfusion volume and adverse reactions of two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.And the treatment of adverse symptoms,bleeding time and blood transfusion volume were significantly lower than those in the control group,and all differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The pantoprazole combined with octreotide for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which the clinical effects are significant,thus it is worth promoting and applying.
