某贫困乡村居民急救知识调查与培训效果分析

目的对国家级贫困地区十堰市龙山镇村民进行急救知识宣传与培训,了解当地村民急救知识的掌握水平,分析其影响因素,探讨提高十堰市乡村居民院前急救能力的有效途径。方法采用分层抽样的方法,针对当地居民进行问卷调查、急救知识宣讲及进行徒手心肺复苏术及海姆立克法技能培训。结果乡村居民急救知识掌握率低,经过宣讲后居民急救知识知晓率增强,培训后居民急救技能掌握水平提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,中小学生、医务工作者急救知识与技能掌握水平有明显提升(P<0.01)。结论农村地区急救知识掌握水平普遍较低,对居民进行急救知识普及宣讲效果显著,对医疗卫生知识落后地区居民展开急救培训工作刻不容缓。

Survey and Training Effect Analysis of First Aid Knowledge of the Poor Rural Residents

Objective Propagandize and cultivate the firs-aid knowledge to the villagers in Longshan town of Shiyan city,to understand the level of local villagers’knowledge of first aid,analyze the influencing factors,to explore the effective ways to improve the pre-hospital first-aid ability of rural residents in Shiyan city.Methods By means of convenient sampling,questionnaire survey,first aid knowledge publicity,bare-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation and Heimlick skill training were conducted for local residents.Results Rural residents’knowledge of first aid is low,the awareness rate of first aid knowledge of residents increased after the publicity,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the level of first aid skills of residents increased compared with that before training,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among them,the level of first aid knowledge and skills of primary and secondary school students and medical workers has statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a significant increase(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of knowledge of first aid in rural areas is low,and the dissemination of first aid knowledge to residents is effective.
