壮阳宣肺方联合自血疗法对慢性肺心病患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨壮阳宣肺方联合自血疗法对慢性肺心病患者生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年6月收治的慢性肺心病患者100例,随机分为对照组与研究组各50例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用壮阳宣肺方联合自血疗法治疗。对比两组患者的生活质量评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后1周、2周,研究组的生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周,研究组的BNP、CRP、PaCO2水平低于对照组,PaO2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。结论壮阳宣肺方联合自血疗法治疗慢性肺心病患者能有效提升其生活质量,改善各项实验室指标,提高临床疗效。

Influence of Zhuangyang Xuanfei Recipe Combined with Autohemotherapy on Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Cor Pulmonale

Objective To explore the influence of Zhuangyang Xuanfei recipe combined with autohemotherapy on the quality of life of patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Methods 100 patients with chronic cor pulmonale admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine western medicine treatment, while the study group received Zhuangyang Xuanfei recipe combined with autohemotherapy. The quality of life scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment, the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). 2 weeks after treatment, the BNP, CRP and PaCO2 levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the PaO2 level was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.00%, higher than 84.00% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Zhuangyang Xuanfei recipe combined with autohemotherapy in the treament of patients with chronic cor pulmonale can effectively improve the quality of life, laboratory indicators and clinical efficacy.
