负压封闭引流加植皮治疗深度褥疮临床分析

摘    要:
目的研究负压封闭引流(VSD)加植皮治疗深度褥疮的疗效。方法将8例病例清创术后在创面覆盖VSD系统,待新鲜肉芽组织生长后二期植皮,与常规换药治疗创面,在创面上皮化时间和肉芽生长的速度上比较。结果VSD伤口再上皮化时间和肉芽生长的速度明显快于以往常规换药的患者。结论负压封闭引流加植皮治疗深度褥疮有明显的优势。

Abstract:
[ Objective ] To study the effect of vacuum dealing drainage ( VSD ) and skin-grafting in treatment of deep bedsore. [ Methods ] Following debridement, wound areas of 8 cases were covered with the VSD system. After the fresh granulation grew adequately, the secondary skin transplantation was performed. The effect of VSD was assessed by comparing the time of wound epithelization and the granulation growing speed with the conventional dressing method. [ Results ] The time of wound epithelization and the granulation growing speed of VSD group was significantly better than that of patients received conventional dressing method. [ Conclusion] VSD with skin-grafting has superiority in curing the deep bedsore.
