| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手法中药配合治疗颈椎病的疗效。方法 将 88例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 5 0例采用手法配合口服中药治疗 ,对照组 38例单纯口服中药治疗。结果 治疗组有效率为 (96 % )显著高于对照组 (89.4 7% ) ,P <0 .0 1,有非常显著性差异。结论 手法配合中药治疗颈椎病疗效优于单纯内服中药 ,疗效显著 ,疗程短

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of cervical spondylopathy treated with manipulation and Chinese herbs. Methods Eighty eight patienes with cervical spondylopathy were divided into two groups at random, 50 cases of the therapeutic group were treated with manipulation and Chinese herbs, and the other 38 cases treated with Chinese herbs only as the control group. Results The total response rate of the therapeutic group (96%) was obviously higher than that of the control group (89.47%)(P<0.01).Conclusion The method is more effective to treat cervical spondylopathy than only taking Chinese herbs and can shorten the course of treatment. |
