| 摘 要： | 本文报告我院在１９９７年４月～１９９８年４月对１０只实验犬进行原位心脏移植的实验研究。１０只实验犬均手术成功，获得满意的结果。文中就供体的准备，供心切取术中配合，供心的心肌保养技术进行了描述和讨论。 |

| Abstract: | The article reported the experimental study conducted ten laboratory dogs of heart orthotopic transplantation from 1997.4 to 1998.4. Ten dogs were acquired success in the operation and gained satisfied result. The article discussed the preparation of donors, cooperation in supplied cardiac cutting operation and suppled hart's cardiac muscles maintenance technique. |
