婴幼儿唇腭裂修补术后苏醒期不同体位对情绪的影响

目的探讨唇腭裂修补术后患儿苏醒期不同体位护理对情绪的影响。方法将90例患儿随机分成观察组48例和对照组42例。观察组在苏醒期采用怀抱半侧卧位护理，对照组采用全麻术后常规体位护理，比较两组患儿血氧饱和度、心率、血压、呼吸和情绪变化。结果对照组出现情绪躁动、哭闹的例数比观察组明显增多，两组比较差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；观察组心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度变化较常规组小，差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）；而两组血压变化比较无统计学意义。结论怀抱半侧卧位能保持呼吸道通畅，稳定情绪，减少镇静药用量，减少并发症发生，是更合适的体位。

Effects of Different Positions on Emotion during Recovery of Infants Received Cleft Lip and Palate Repair Operation

Objective To study the effects of different position on the emotion of pediatric patients during recovery after cleft lip and palate repair operation.Methods 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(n=48) and control group(n=42).Lateral position in arms was applied in observation group and normal position was applied during the recovery of general anesthesia in control group.SaO2,heart rate,breath rate,blood pressure and emotion change were compared between the 2 groups.Results Dysphoria and cry/scream happened more frequently in the control group compared with observation group(P<0.05).The heart rate,breath and changes of SaO2 in observation group were less than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blood pressure between the 2 groups.Conclusion Lateral position in arms can keep the airway smooth in the infants,stabilizing their emotion and reducing the use of sedatives and the development of complications.
