铜绿假单胞菌制剂腔内治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘    要:
目的观察铜绿假单胞菌制剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法64例恶性胸腔积液患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,所有患者先进行胸腔积液引流,尽可能排尽积液后治疗组腔内注射铜绿假单胞菌制剂5~8ml和地塞米松5~10mg;对照组腔内注射DDP60~80mg,每周1~2次,连续 2~3 次。结果治疗组32 例,有效25 例(78.1%),Karnofsky评分提高,不良反应轻;对照组32例,有效17例(53.1%),不良反应较重。结论铜绿假单胞菌制剂能有效控制恶性胸腔积液,提高生活质量,不良反应轻。关键词:恶性胸腔积液; 铜绿假单胞菌制剂; 顺铂; 治疗

Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effect of the treatment with that pseudomonas aeruginosa agent on cure malignant pleural effusion. Methods Sixty four patients with malignant pleural effusion were divided into treatment and control group randomly.Pleural effusion were drainaged first among all of these patients.After drainaged as clearly as possible,patients in treatment group were injected pseudomonas aeruginosa 5~8 ml and dexamethason 5~10 mg into the cavity,while the others were injected DDP 60~80 mg as the same time,1~2 times per week,2~3 times continuously. Results Twenty five out of 32 cases were effective in the treatment group (78.1%), with a higher Karnofsky score and light side effect;seventeen out of 32 cases were effective in the control group (53.1%), with more serious side effect than treatment group. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa can control malignant pleural effusion effectively,and improve the quality of life with lighter side effect as well. Key words: Malignant pleural effusion;Pseudomonas aeruginosa agent;DDP;Treatment
