| 摘 要： | 作者用放免方法测定了52例急性创伤病人血清中四碘甲腺原氨酸(T_4),三碘甲腺原氨酸(T_3),游离T_4指数(FT_4I),反T_3(rT_3),T_3摄取比率(T_3RUR)的水平,并测定35例正常人作对照。结果表明:创伤病人血清中T_4,FT_4I,T_3水平明显降低;rT_3,T_3RUR显著升高,同正常人比较,有极显著意义(P<0.001)。随创伤严重程度不同,血清中T_4,FT_4I,T_3RUR水平也随之变化。当rT_3值升高到一定程度(0.69nmol/L)时,死亡率极高。 |

| Abstract: | Levels of Tetraiothyronine (T4), Triiodonthyronine (T3), free T4 index (FT4I),reverse T3(rT3)andT3 resin uptuke ratio(T3RUR)in serum of 52 acute trauma patients were measured with radioimmunoassay (RIA), and 35 normal persons served as controls.The results showed that the levels of T4, FT4I, T3 in serum of trauma patients decreased obviously and levels of rT3, T3RUR increased markedly. The changes were very significant as compared with the normal in controls (P<0.001). Levels of T4, FT4I, T3RUR in serum varied with the severity of trauma. A very high mortality rate was found in patients with rT3 lever over 0.69nmol/L. |
