葛根总黄酮提取工艺的考察

摘    要:
目的 筛选出从野葛根中提取葛根总黄酮的最佳工艺条件.方法 运用单因素考察以及正交试验法对葛根总黄酮的提取工艺条件进行优化;利用紫外分光光度计测量葛根总黄酮的含量;利用HPLC测量提取出的葛根素的含量;以测量得到的葛根总黄酮及葛根素的含量为评价指标,筛选出葛根总黄酮的最佳提取工艺.结果以10倍量的70%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5h,为葛根总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件.结论该提取工艺成本低,重现性良好,适合于生产应用.

Abstract:
Objective In order to select the best process of extraction of the total flavonoids in Radix puerariae. Methods The extraction process of Radix Puerariae was studied by single factor and orthogonal desigr; Concentration of total flavonoids was measured by the UV spectrophotometer, and concentration of puerariae was measured by HPLC. The content of puerariae and the total flavonoids were used as indexes to evaluate the optimal extracting conditions. Results 60% alcohol as solvent,8 times of alcohol amount,3 times of extraction and lhour per time. C.o;usion The results indicates that this extraction process have a low cost and a good reproducibility, suitable for production applications.
