| 摘 要： | 为了在纤维支气管镜检查中达到良好的麻醉效果。方法：随机选择接受纤维支气管管镜检查患60例分为两组,每组各30例,分别采用PARI BOY压缩机雾化吸入麻醉法和喷壶喷射吸入法进行术前的咽喉产`的局部麻醉。结果：经秩和检验,U＝3．58,P＜0．05）,显示两种麻醉效果有显性差异。结论：观察组使用PARI BOY压缩机雾化吸入药物麻醉效果好,使用方便,工作效率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To achieve the best effect in fiberbronchoscope examination. Methods 60 examinees were evenly divided into two groups, one receiving spray inhalation with a compressor for local pharynx and pulmonary anesthesia before operation, while the other spray inhalation with a sprayer. Results Statistical treatment showed significant difference in anesthetic effects in two groups. Conclusion The spray inhalation with a compressor is superior to that with a sprayer in view of convenience and effectiveness. |
