针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

目的：观察针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎活动期的临床疗效。方法：90例确诊为类风湿关节炎活动期的患者随机分为治疗组、联合治疗组和对照组,治疗组予针刺治疗,联合治疗组予针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗,对照组予口服西药甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察各组的临床治疗效果、实验室指标和不良反应。结果：联合治疗组治疗效果、体征变化和ESR改变均优于治疗组和对照组。结论：针刺加中药穴位敷贴治疗类风湿关节炎疗效好,毒副作用小,值得在临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis by Acupuncture plus Point Application of Chinese Medicine

Objective： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis at active stage. Methods： 90 cases of rheumatoid arthritis at active stage were randomly divided into a treatment group,the combined treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given acupuncture treatment; the combined treatment group was given acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine treatment; and the control group was treated with oral western medicine Methotrexate therapy. Therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and laboratory indexes were observed. Results： The therapeutic effect,physical signs and ESR changes in the combined treatment group were better than those in the treatment group and control group. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus acupoint application of Chinese medicine for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a good curative effect,with little side effects,which is worth application in clinic.
